Housekeeping Executive – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Housekeeping Executive will coordinate all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, high morale, and excellent guest service. This role interacts directly with guests and staff, providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments.
• Interact with guests and personnel in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Provide support to enable the team to deliver effective services.
• Ensure staff are trained on safety provisions and maintain related records.
• Motivate, develop, and coach housekeeping staff, conducting regular briefings.
• Resolve customer queries promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Guide the Executive Housekeeper on performance indicators and policy adherence.
