Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure that guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team, you will deliver courteous and efficient service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow hotel hygiene and safety procedures, handling cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of room status and housekeeping activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality environment.
• Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency in using standard housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
