Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team in Gurugram. You will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas according to established standards.
• Organize floor trolleys and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for extra bedding, towels, and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of used plates, glasses, and utensils from rooms.
• Complete room status, textile, and amenity reports accurately.
• Report maintenance issues, repairs, or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items according to facility procedures.
• Maintain floor offices and amenity stations in a clean, organized manner.
• Inspect linens for quality and identify damaged items for laundry.
• Vacuum, mop, and dust corridors, staircases, guest areas, and service lifts.
• Follow security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Participate in training and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum education: high school diploma, primary school certificate, or vocational training diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies.
• Willingness to follow safety and security procedures.
