About the role

Join Accor as a Housekeeping Attendant (GSA) and ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet the brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will play a key part in delivering a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to Accor hotel standards.
• Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials, maintaining exceptional presentation.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, aiming for high guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Team‑oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
