About the role

Accor is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, hygienic, and safe. The role contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the hotel's overall profitability by maintaining impeccable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, executive offices, and public areas according to Accor’s standards.
• Manage and safeguard departmental master keys and other keys to ensure guest and property security.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness levels to achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
• Interact courteously with guests and co‑workers, responding promptly to any service queries.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and high morale.
• Report any issues that could affect hotel interests to management promptly.
