About the role
The Housekeeping Associate will work on‑site at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli, ensuring guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas are clean, tidy and welcoming. This full‑time position supports the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public spaces according to established standards.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and replenish room amenities.
- Handle laundry items, including sorting, washing, drying and storing linens.
- Respond to basic guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow safety, hygiene and housekeeping procedures consistently.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads and operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Basic literacy and numeracy; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory – on‑the‑job training provided.
