Housekeeping Associate

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards. You will work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all rooms and public spaces according to established standards.
• Develop, update, and follow cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Perform quality‑control inspections to verify that cleaning work meets required standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including requisitioning items for restocking.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly to the maintenance department.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold overall facility standards.
