Housekeeping Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join our hotel team in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including deep cleaning and soft furnishing care.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, pantries, and service zones.
• Manage room supplies, equipment, and key control procedures efficiently.
• Report any guest requests, DND status, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and special events.
• Adhere to all health, safety, fire, and security policies, including Lost & Found and emergency protocols.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and maintain a professional appearance.
