About the role
As a Housekeeping Associate at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel, you will play a vital part in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring the hotel’s rooms and public areas are spotless, well‑maintained, and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and replenish supplies on carts and in rooms.
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of housekeeping equipment and carts.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Uphold quality standards, professional uniform, and courteous communication with guests and team members.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor.
