Housekeeping Associate – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate will work full‑time on‑site at jüSTa Hotels & Resorts in Bhuj, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s cleanliness and presentation standards. The role involves daily interaction with guests and collaboration with the front‑desk team to guarantee rooms are ready for check‑in and check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public spaces, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming and mopping.
• Make beds, replenish linens, toiletries and other in‑room amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all hygiene, safety and infection‑control procedures, using protective equipment as required.
• Support training initiatives by learning and sharing standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Effective organisational skills to manage cleaning schedules and supplies.
• Attention to detail, reliability and ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic proficiency in local language and English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred.
