Hotel Receptionist – Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and confident Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our property in Sawai Madhopur. The role involves managing front‑desk operations, handling enquiries and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a professional attitude.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls, providing accurate information.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure availability of stationery and supplies.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail, parcels and deliveries.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Perform filing, photocopying, documentation and record‑keeping tasks to support daily hotel operations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–5 years of relevant front‑office or hospitality experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
