Hotel Engineering Technician

About the role

The Hotel Engineering Technician will ensure a high and consistent level of service for guests while supporting the smooth operation of the Engineering Department. This role works closely with all operating departments to maintain the hotel's technical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Provide technical support to all other hotel departments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and building management systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician/Tradesperson in a hotel environment, or 4 years in a comparable large building/complex with a central plant.
