About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites. You will work directly on the hotel floor, ensuring every guest space is spotless, well‑stocked, and ready for arrival. This role is essential to delivering a memorable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites according to brand standards, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
• Inspect and verify that all appliances, lighting, and amenities are complete and fully functional.
• Remove trash, used linens, and room‑service trays from corridors and guest rooms.
• Restock amenities and supplies to ensure rooms are ready for the next guest.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the appropriate department.
