About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation in guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will ensure every accommodation meets brand expectations, providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment. You will work on‑site in a fast‑paced hotel environment, collaborating with supervisors to uphold cleanliness standards and respond quickly to guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites according to brand standards, including changing linens and towels, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Inspect all appliances, lighting, and amenities in each room to confirm they are complete, properly placed, and fully functional before guests arrive.
• Promptly remove trash, used linens, and room‑service trays from guest corridors and rooms, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
• Restock rooms with necessary supplies, such as toiletries and minibar items, and verify that all amenities are presented correctly according to hotel policy.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and brand guidelines.
• Attention to detail to verify that all room elements are in working order.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout each shift.
