Hostess – Third Room

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join the Third Room team at Roswyn, a Morgans Originals Hotel. The role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest satisfaction and outlet efficiency.
• Engage with guests to personalise their experience, answer inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty.
• Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and waiting areas.
• Assist with guest lists for special events, banquets and private dining.
• Support outlet managers in daily operations and reporting.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies and international standards.
