About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at Roswyn, a Morgans Originals Hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, delivering a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest lists for special events, banquets, and private dining.
• Engage with guests to personalize their experience, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
• Support outlet managers in daily operations, reporting, and peak‑hour assistance.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies and international standards.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle guest issues calmly.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with F&B and culinary staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a tidy reception environment.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours and special events.
