Hostel Experience & Content Manager

About the role

The Hostel Experience & Content Manager will lead the day‑to‑day guest experience at Coliwo’s Pune location while creating and curating digital and print content that showcases the hostel’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs, inquiries and feedback, ensuring common areas remain welcoming.
• Design, coordinate and execute community events and activities that foster an inclusive atmosphere.
• Plan, write and edit digital and print content, including social media posts, website updates and listing descriptions.
• Capture stories and visuals that reflect the hostel’s vibe.
• Collaborate with operations, housekeeping and marketing teams to align guest experience with brand messaging.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality or community management with strong guest‑relations and on‑site operations oversight.
• Proven ability to create compelling written and visual content for web, social media and promotional materials.
• Familiarity with digital marketing practices such as social media management, content scheduling and basic analytics review.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Comfort with common office and collaboration tools and the ability to quickly learn new software or booking platforms.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pune, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Relevant education in hospitality management, marketing, communications or equivalent practical experience.
