Hospitality Trainer – Classroom & Practical Instructor

About the role

The Hospitality Trainer will join Frankfinn Institute in Raipur, delivering both classroom theory and hands‑on practical sessions in hospitality, customer service, front‑office operations and food & beverage management. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on preparing students for successful careers in the service industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering hospitality, customer service, front‑office and food & beverage management.
• Conduct lectures, practical workshops, and simulations to develop student competencies.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
• Develop and update training materials, curricula, and assessment tools.
• Mentor and guide students on career pathways and professional development.
• Ensure training delivery meets the institute’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance program offerings.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in hospitality consulting and training.
• Proven experience in customer service and front‑office operations.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage service standards and operations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a training role is desirable.
