Homecare Nurse – Full‑time, Bengaluru

About the role

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Homecare Nurse to deliver professional nursing services in patients’ homes across Bengaluru. The role involves direct patient care, implementation of physician‑prescribed plans, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications and provide wound‑care dressing changes.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and educate families on treatment, rehabilitation and preventive care.
• Implement physician‑prescribed care plans, coordinate with physicians, therapists and aides, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection‑control and safety protocols, promptly escalate changes in patient condition, and travel to multiple patient homes within Bengaluru.

Required profile

• Valid nursing registration (e.g., GNM or B.Sc Nursing) and eligibility to practice in India.
• Prior experience in home healthcare, community nursing or hospital bedside care is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to work independently in patients’ homes.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and use basic digital tools for documentation and coordination.
