About the role

The Holiday Consultant joins a dynamic travel team to design and sell tailored holiday packages. You will guide clients through the selection process, ensuring each itinerary matches their preferences, budget, and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized holiday packages that align with client specifications and budgets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of international destinations, especially Europe and CIS countries.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Consult with customers to confirm satisfaction with travel plans and package options.
• Explain travel options and costs, helping clients choose the most suitable package.
• Network with hotels and transportation providers to negotiate competitive pricing.
• Manage online reservation systems and keep records up to date.
• Stay informed on tourism news, new packages, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales role.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
