Holiday Consultant

About the role

The Holiday Consultant joins a dynamic travel team to design and sell tailored holiday packages. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them choose the perfect vacation by understanding their preferences and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized holiday packages that match client specifications and budgets.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new travel deals, destinations (especially Europe and CIS countries) and tourism news.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service via phone, email and chat.
• Discuss travel options, costs and package details with clients to guide their decision‑making.
• Negotiate pricing with hotels, airlines and transportation partners.
• Manage online reservation systems and process bookings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a travel‑industry sales role (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online reservation systems.
