Holiday Consultant

About the role

Shabab Tours is looking for a full‑time Holiday Consultant to join its on‑site team in Kozhikode. You will help clients design personalized travel experiences, from itinerary creation to visa assistance, ensuring smooth and memorable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning and design customized vacation packages.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Coordinate with service providers, handle bookings and visa documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer support throughout the travel process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel consultation and itinerary creation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to research destinations and identify client preferences.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple requests.
• Experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
