Hiring & Placement Manager

About the role

Network Kings is seeking a full‑time Hiring & Placement Manager to lead recruitment and placement activities for its learners in Hyderabad. You will act as the bridge between trained candidates and partner IT companies, ensuring successful job matches and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage placement opportunities with partner organisations.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate records, and track placement metrics.
• Provide career counseling, resume reviews, and interview preparation to learners.
• Collaborate with training teams to align placement strategies with course outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with employers, attend industry events, and negotiate placement agreements.
• Prepare regular reports on hiring performance and continuously improve placement processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Strong ability to engage with learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in education, training, or IT services sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and meet placement targets.
