About the role

Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site professional to lead high-rise construction activities in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing the complete construction lifecycle, ensuring that projects meet design specifications, safety standards and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and suppliers to plan and monitor schedules and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety compliance and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and forecast resource needs.
• Review construction drawings, maintain accurate documentation and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
