Helpdesk Associate – ITIL

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a Helpdesk Associate with ITIL knowledge to provide first‑line IT support to end‑users in Bangalore. You will assist with device, application and process issues while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional IT Service Desk support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace and Microsoft environments.
• Record, update and timely escalate incidents to higher support levels.
• Assist with IT onboarding activities for new users.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration and maintenance.
• Identify, suggest and implement process and technology improvements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently within a global, diverse team.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑resolution capabilities.

Required skills

• Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android operating systems.
• Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of business applications such as Oracle, Workday, Business Intelligence tools and Agile platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes.
• Microsoft Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
