Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Night Shift)

About the role

ICG Medical is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join its Gurgaon office. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals for Canadian‑market night‑shift assignments while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals across global markets.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen, assess, and match candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment journey from sourcing to placement.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, and last‑minute shift requirements.
• Support candidates with payroll and timesheet queries.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Payroll, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track recruitment activity.
• Achieve recruitment SLAs, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Solid recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Confident communicator with candidates and clients.
• Proven ability to work in a KPI‑driven, target‑focused environment.
• Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
• Enjoys building long‑term relationships.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with the Canadian market.
