Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing and placing qualified nursing and allied health professionals for our US‑based clients, working night‑shift hours to align with US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for positions such as RNs, LPNs, and allied health roles.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role specifications.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals and networking events to attract talent.
• Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones.
• Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.
• Proven networking and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
