About the role
Join a mission‑driven continuing care retirement community where you will directly enrich the lives of residents. As a Health Care Activities Assistant you will work alongside dedicated caregivers to create meaningful daily experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Support nursing staff by preparing equipment and documenting observations.
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in community programs.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate any changes to the care team.
Required profile

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills and respect for resident privacy.
