About the role

We are an international preschool seeking a dynamic leader to manage a quality pre‑school and oversee its day‑to‑day operations. The role involves leading a warm‑hearted team, ensuring curriculum compliance, and building the school’s reputation as a premier early childhood education institute.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a quality pre‑school and lead its day‑to‑day operations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and lead highly competent staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation in line with local regulations and the Childhood framework.
• Communicate with parents regarding their children and maintain strong relationships.
• Build and maintain the school’s reputation as a quality early childhood education institute.
• Attract and secure admissions.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the preschool’s growth in India.
• Collaborate with an international community of colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in early childhood education.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a pre‑school centre head.
• Inspiring leader and motivator.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to develop and lead a team.
• Proactive, positive thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time‑management.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
