About the role

The Strategy Head for Business Growth will steer the creation and execution of corporate strategies that drive accelerated growth and improve overall performance. Based at the head office, this senior position works directly with the executive team to shape long‑term direction and deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead strategic planning cycles and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Assess performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost profitability.
• Drive organizational transformation initiatives that support sustainable growth.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform decision‑making.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Track key performance indicators and ensure effective execution of strategic projects.

Required profile

• BE or equivalent graduate degree with an MBA from a top management school.
• 10–12 years of experience in strategy formation and execution.
• 2–3 years of prior experience at leading consulting firms such as E&Y, AT Kearney, or PwC.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and work closely with senior management.
