Head of Security Audit & Proposals

About the role

Sentinels Security is seeking a senior professional to own the end‑to‑end technical proposal function for new client contracts. You will translate on‑site security assessments into compelling, boardroom‑ready proposals that win business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead physical site surveys for prospective clients and produce professional documentation of findings.
• Prepare threat perception assessments, including vulnerabilities, risk zones, access points and mitigation measures.
• Define manpower requirements across categories such as guards, supervisors, gunmen, ex‑servicemen and technical staff.
• Build complete proposal decks covering surveys, threat matrices, deployment plans and commercial terms.
• Present proposals confidently to corporate clients and close the technical side of the deal.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and heads of departments to ensure proposals meet SSPL standards and statutory compliance (e.g., PSARA).

Required profile

• Prior experience in Armed Forces, Paramilitary or Police (Army, CAPF or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with comfort presenting to senior corporate audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills to produce polished, professional decks.
