Head of Marketing – User Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of User Marketing to drive user engagement, content creation and advocacy across our digital platforms. The role will lead the development of a user‑first strategy, overseeing content production, influencer programmes and cross‑functional collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a user‑centric content strategy for WhatsApp, user applications and social media channels.
• Produce impactful assets such as reels, videos, creatives, user stories and educational campaigns.
• Maintain a robust content calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Scale the Saarthi Programme and build a strong influencer ecosystem covering macro, mid‑tier and nano influencers.
• Partner with Category, BTL Excellence and Digital Marketing teams to deliver high‑impact user engagement initiatives.
• Drive innovation to strengthen user education, engagement and advocacy.

Required profile

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• 10+ years of experience in User Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or Brand Marketing.
• Proven ability to lead user‑centric campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
