Head of Marketing – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Stag Elevators, a premium home‑elevator brand, is seeking a results‑driven Head of Marketing to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives. The role will shape strategy, drive revenue growth and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑growing luxury mobility business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue targets.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email, WhatsApp and YouTube.
• Drive pipeline generation, improve MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rates and monitor key performance indicators.
• Develop and optimise SEO and keyword strategies for organic traffic growth.
• Implement marketing automation workflows and manage CRM systems for lead nurturing and attribution.
• Oversee tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, UTM) and produce actionable dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing marketing team while collaborating closely with sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading performance‑driven marketing functions, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Hands‑on experience in both paid and organic channels, marketing automation and CRM.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
