About the role

The Global Institute of Business Studies (GIBS Business School) is seeking a senior academic leader to head its Management Development Programs (MDP) and Executive Education portfolio. The role involves shaping the institution’s corporate training, professional learning, and leadership development offerings for executives, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MDP and Executive Education initiatives, designing short‑term and long‑term programs for corporate and individual learners.
• Identify emerging industry trends and develop customized training, certification, and leadership workshops aligned with market demand.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporates, industry bodies, government agencies, and professional organisations to secure partnerships and revenue‑generating programs.
• Coordinate with industry experts, faculty, and guest speakers to ensure high‑quality delivery and experiential learning.
• Contribute to teaching, mentoring, and curriculum enrichment through industry‑focused sessions and workshops.
• Develop business cases, budgets, and revenue targets to drive growth of the executive education portfolio.

Required profile

• Professor or senior academic with a strong record in teaching, training, and industry engagement.
• Extensive experience in designing and managing executive education, corporate training, and professional development programs.
• Proven ability to build strategic industry partnerships and generate revenue from education services.
• Excellent understanding of current business trends and the needs of senior professionals.
