Head of Information Security

About the role

The Head of Information & Security will lead the design and protection of the digital backbone for an AI Data Centre business. This senior position is responsible for establishing enterprise‑wide ERP, technology architecture, and cybersecurity governance across IT, OT, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an Enterprise Architecture roadmap covering corporate, project, and operations functions.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of a fit‑for‑purpose ERP system (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion or TCS proprietary ERP) and ensure integration with PMO dashboards, DCIM, SCADA, finance models and procurement portals.
• Establish data governance frameworks for master data, access control and reporting consistency.
• Design and deploy robust IT infrastructure, secure network connectivity and hybrid cloud architecture for headquarters, regional offices and data‑centre sites.
• Set up IT operations centres for network, server and end‑user support, and manage relationships with OEMs and service providers.
• Build a comprehensive cybersecurity framework aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST and CERT‑In regulations.
• Establish a 24×7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) and implement Zero‑Trust Architecture across all digital assets.
• Oversee identity and access management, endpoint protection, data encryption, and conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT).
• Coordinate cybersecurity readiness with hyperscaler clients such as Google, AWS, OpenAI and Microsoft.

Required profile

• 18–26 years of relevant experience in information security, enterprise architecture and IT operations.
• Proven leadership of large‑scale ERP and cybersecurity programmes.
