Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead and execute the HR strategy for India, aligning it with Group/APAC direction. This senior position is responsible for end‑to‑end HR delivery, supporting business performance and contributing to overall leadership strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve HR policies, road‑maps and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee full HR operations including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, reporting and HRIS management.
• Drive talent development, performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, resolve legal cases and ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate as a member of the leadership team to shape business strategy.
• Maintain governance, risk management and ethical standards across HR functions.
