Head of Content

About the role

MARS Cosmetics is seeking a strategic Head of Content to own brand storytelling and drive creative communication across all channels. You will shape the brand voice, lead content creation for product launches, campaigns, and e‑commerce platforms, and ensure consistency throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts, communication strategies and brand narratives that align with business goals.
• Write high‑converting scripts for Meta, YouTube and digital ads, and generate multiple creative variations for testing.
• Lead social media and influencer content strategy, creating pillars, monthly plans and creator briefs.
• Produce product and e‑commerce copy for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces.
• Craft CRM messages for WhatsApp, email, SMS and push notifications, supporting lifecycle campaigns.
• Write scripts and briefs for shoots, brand films and creator collaborations, overseeing production quality.
• Mentor the in‑house content team, set processes, templates and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, Design, E‑commerce and Influencer teams.
• Explore emerging formats and AI tools to improve content speed, quality and scalability.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in content strategy, brand communication or performance creative.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling content ideas.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
