Head of Construction – Large‑Scale Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Construction to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale residential projects, including luxury high‑rise towers and township developments. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of modern construction technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle from planning through handover for high‑rise luxury and township projects.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Drive implementation of Mivan and aluminium formwork systems to improve efficiency.
• Establish and monitor quality control systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and procurement.
• Identify risks, resolve on‑site challenges and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage large multidisciplinary teams including site engineers, project managers and contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in real‑estate construction, especially luxury residential high‑rise and township projects.
• Proven leadership of large teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in high‑pressure environments.

• Quality Control (QC) processes and ISO standards.
• ERP systems and project management tools.
