Head of Community

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Community to lead and scale program‑based communities, boost member engagement, and turn community activity into measurable business growth and social impact. The role combines strategic planning, event execution, partnership development, and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple program‑based communities and design engagement campaigns, contests, and challenges.
• Plan and execute virtual and offline events, workshops, and innovative formats for corporate clients.
• Identify and develop revenue streams through paid events, premium content, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and manage corporate sponsorships, CSR collaborations, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and internal stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and motivate volunteers and a team of 4‑5 community professionals.
• Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media, and in‑app communications.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless content delivery across apps, websites, CRM systems, and community platforms.
• Use CRM tools, dashboards, and analytics to monitor engagement, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in community management, event management, partnerships, or related fields.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and monetizing communities.
• Strong experience in corporate partnership and sponsorship generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
