Head Accountant

About the role

The Head Accountant will lead all financial operations for House of Rohet’s portfolio of boutique hospitality properties. Based in Rohet, this full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate reporting, strategic budgeting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across all properties.
• Oversee payroll processing, tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Maintain and improve financial workflows and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for senior management decision‑making.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring high standards of accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably within hospitality or luxury boutique hotels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Effective leadership and team‑management skills.
