Hardware Support Technician – Night Shift (Coimbatore)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hardware Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance to pharmacy teams across the United States. The role operates on a night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST) aligned with US Eastern Time, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote support for computers, printers, and networking equipment used in pharmacy environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system‑related incidents.
• Provide user training and guidance to non‑technical pharmacy staff.
• Recommend technology improvements and collaborate with internal support teams.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑5 years of experience in IT systems, installation, or application support in a remote help‑desk setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
