Hardware Architect

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Hardware Architect to lead the definition and implementation of hardware architectures for connected automotive solutions. The role involves guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver robust ECU hardware for cockpit, ADAS and iTram platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define hardware architecture based on OEM requirements, select components, generate Bill of Materials and guide integrators, module owners, software, mechanical and testing teams.
• Develop hardware for XC products, including cockpit, ADAS integration platform and iTrams, and perform circuit calculations, simulations and lab measurements using oscilloscopes, network analysers and multimeters.

Required profile

• BE/MTech in ECE, EEE, Telecommunications or Instrumentation with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, independent multitasking, excellent verbal and written communication, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Analog and digital hardware design principles.
• Proficiency with testing tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analysers and multimeters.
• Familiarity with components including MOSFETs, BJTs, op‑amps, voltage regulators, microcontrollers, serializers and deserializers.
