About the role
The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping assists with daily hotel operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are clean, stocked, and meet Accor’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Attend daily briefings and perform assigned tasks.
- Understand guest levels (VIPs) and room categories.
- Clean and maintain assigned areas according to standards.
- Replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to requests.
- Report any damage or malfunction in rooms or areas to the supervisor.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper state.
- Record room status accurately and produce daily productivity reports.
- Handle guest complaints tactfully and report incidents to the supervisor.
- Perform valet services such as linen delivery and laundry order processing when required.
- Report lost and found items to the housekeeping office immediately.
Required profile
- Primary school education.
- Good oral proficiency in English.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
