Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping to join the hospitality team at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning, organization, and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards and brand guidelines.
• Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials with high presentation.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements.
• Report maintenance issues, lost‑and‑found items, and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a safe environment.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent education.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping (preferred).
• Prior experience in housekeeping or guest service (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
