Guest Service Associate – Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering the brand’s signature hospitality. You will work closely with the front‑office team to uphold service standards and create memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and related cashiering duties.
• Review arrival lists, prepare welcome compendiums and issue room keys according to procedures.
• Maintain repeat‑guest history, prepare welcome cards and room amenities.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities to maximise revenue.
• Handle guest mail, messages and phone calls while safeguarding privacy.
• Monitor credit matters, report discrepancies and alert security of any suspicious activity.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, F&B outlets and emergency procedures.
• Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Required profile

• Diploma or graduate from a Hotel Management institute.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a lifestyle‑luxury hospitality brand.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
