Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate (GSA) works on‑site in Mathura, supporting daily restaurant operations and direct guest interactions. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a consistent, high‑quality dining experience while maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Assist with mise en place and keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and well‑organized.
• Handle basic billing, process payments, and address guest questions or concerns.
• Support supervisors during peak periods and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of food service and beverage operations.
• Proven customer service and communication abilities.
• Foundational culinary understanding for dish components and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with flexible shifts.
