Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate (GSA) for Food & Beverage to join our vibrant hospitality team in Gurugram. In this position you will be the front‑line ambassador of our dining experience, delivering attentive service and creating memorable moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain table setup and cleanliness according to hotel standards.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and preparation methods to guide guest choices.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
• Assist with billing, cash handling, and payment processing while maintaining accuracy.
• Support setup and breakdown for banquets, special events, and themed dining experiences.
