About the role
Join Accor as a Guest Service Associate in our Food & Beverage outlet, where you will ensure a welcoming and seamless dining experience for every guest. You will be responsible for setting up the service area, delivering high‑quality service, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing side duties, set tables according to standards, and prepare side stations.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure food and beverage are served according to service standards.
- Apply HACCP and hotel food safety procedures, and monitor table cleanliness.
- Take and deliver orders promptly, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
- Remember guest preferences, upsell and cross‑sell menu items, and promote other dining venues when needed.
- Thank guests on departure, clear and tidy tables quickly, and manage supply requisitions.
- Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management.
- Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
