Guest Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Guest Relations Executive to deliver outstanding guest experiences throughout their stay. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the hotel management system.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Assist with concierge services such as transportation and restaurant bookings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, collect feedback, and suggest service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Support the organization of special events and VIP arrangements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with cultural sensitivity and discretion handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
