About the role

The GSA Housekeeping Associate works at the heart of the hotel, ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for a memorable stay. You will take ownership of each room, respect guest privacy, and contribute to a personalized hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean all assigned guestrooms to Accor standards.
  • Refresh guest supplies and promptly attend to guest requests.
  • Report any damage or malfunction in rooms or public areas to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
  • Prepare daily productivity and room reports.

Required profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant housekeeping experience.
  • Warm, caring personality with a professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
